Hello You Lovely Lot!

I do apologise about this being the second playlist post in a row but I wanted to get these out of the way so that next month I won't be behind!

This playlist is relatively short because I've been at work quite a lot so taking time to sit down and discover new music hasn't really been something I've had time to do.

I Did It All - I Did It All (Single) - Vince Myers

I actually heard this on a Harry Styles edit (not soz) and I fell in love with it. I don't even know why I just think it's so catchy! I have loved it for the whole month and have yet to be bored of it.

Favourite Lyric : 'I hope that you fall in love and it hurts so bad'

Girls Talk Boys - Ghostbusters Soundtrack - 5SOS

I LOVE this. It sounds so different to regular 5SOS stuff and I just fell in love with it the second I heard it. It's so catchy and I have yet to watch the video but I'm sure that's great too.

Favourite Lyric : 'I know we're young and people change and we may never feel the same'

Stuck In A Moment You Can't Get Out Of - All That You Can't Leave Behind - U2

I don't remember how I found this. I think I was looking for 'Sweetest Thing' maybe? I've loved this song for years and I had forgotten just how much I loved it. So I fell in love with it all over again this month!

Favourite Lyric : 'There's nothing you can throw at me that I haven't already heard'

Cruel - Cruel (Single) - Snakehips & ZAYN

Now, I'm not normally the biggest fan of Zayn's music. It's just not me. I'm not his biggest fan in general to be honest. However, I can't deny that this is catchy.

Favourite Lyric : 'Who do you love?'

She Falls Asleep, Part 2 - Wonderland - McFly

I saw a video of Tom playing this on piano whilst he was rehearsing for the McFly tour (WHICH I AM SO EXCITED FOR) and it reminded me how much I love this. It's easily my second favourite McFly song (because if you've been reading my blog for a while, you know what my first favourite is). I think this song is just so beautiful I'm in awe. When I see it live I'm going to cry like a baby.

Favourite Lyric : 'Lying very still, on the floor, by the door, but it's lucky she was hoping that you would come back for more'

We Don't Talk Anymore - Nine Track Mind - Charlie Puth & Selena Gomez

Can I just say, what a brilliant album name? I heard this when I was on my way to a pub to get something for work and the minute I got home I played it again and again and now I'm obsessed. I LOVE IT.

Favourite Lyric : 'I overdosed, should have known your love was a game'

Green - Straight Outta Oz - Todrick Hall & Perez Hilton

I LOVE this album. I might do a whole review on it. I think it's amazing but when I first listened to it I wasn't a fan of all of the songs. This was one of them. However, the more I listened to it through July the more I loved it and now it's one of my favourites!

Favourite Lyric : 'How much can you flaunt it? How much do you want it?'

SO, we're finally all caught up with the playlists. So now you know what I listened to in July!

Thanks For Reading!

I'm a complete and utter music freak and as much as I love dancing around to a bit of One Direction and McFly, pop isn't the only type of music I love.

I thought I'd give you a rundown of my top 10 favourite albums of all time in some kind of order if I can choose my favourite...

10. All American - Hoodie Allen

Usually I would hate this kind of music but for some reason Hoodie Allen appeals to me. This album especially (although 'All About It' NEARLY beat this). Whenever I'm in a bad mood I know I can listen to this, pretend I'm cool in some way and dance around my room.

Favourite Songs :
1. Eighteen Cool
2. No Interruption
3. Small Town

9. American Idiot - Green Day

I love this album with a passion, I think it's a work of genius. I've never really listened to Green Day's other music but if it's anything like this I need to do it ASAP.

Favourite Songs:
1. Boulevard of Broken Dreams
2. Wake Me Up When September Ends
3. American Idiot (obviously)

8. Hatful of Hollow - The Smiths

I love The Smiths with all my heart and I just feel like this album is all of their best work rolled into one 16 track bonanza. It also has (in my opinion) better versions of 'This Charming Man' and 'What Difference Does It Make?' on it. This is my go to CD when I'm driving on my own for some reason. It also contains the longest song I've ever heard (minus 'Bohemian Rhapsody, of course) that hasn't left me bored half way through, 'How Soon Is Now?'. That's just nearly seven minutes of Morrissey singing about how he needs to be loved. Me too Mozza, me too.

Favourite Songs:
1. Hand In Glove
2. This Charming Man
3. What Difference Does It Make?

7. The Best Of 1980-1990 - U2

Now, despite what everyone says about them (due to the ITunes fiasco and whatnot) I love a bit of U2. I don't have all of this album downloaded but the few songs I do have make it good enough to be in my top 10! U2 is something I can sing my heart out too when I feel down.

Favourite Songs:
1. Sweetest Thing
2. With or Without You
3. I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For

6.  Tape Deck Heart - Frank Turner

My Dad got me into Frank Turner because he wanted to see him live and had nobody to go with. However, I have fallen completely head over heels for him and his music. He's unlike any other artist I've ever heard, its like folk crossed with punk? I don't know. Whatever it is, it's great.

Favourite Songs:
1. Polaroid Picture
2. We Shall Not Overcome
3. Anymore

5. (What's The Story) Morning Glory? - Oasis

Obviously there was going to be some Oasis here. This album is genius and I can never get enough of it. This was the only CD I had with me in my car when I was on holiday in August. Let me tell you, listening to the same CD over and over again for two weeks would usually kill me, but this is fantastic.

Favourite Songs:
1. Morning Glory
2. Champagne Supernova
3. Roll With It

4. FOUR (The Ultimate Edition) - One Direction

It's no secret that I am completely and utterly besotted by One Direction and so there was no doubt in my mind that this album would be somewhere near the top. However, I haven't chosen it because it's 1D or because Harry Styles is the single most attractive human being on this planet. I've put it at number four (no pun intended), if I was doing it simply because it was 1D it would be at number one, believe me. I've put it here because it's an amazing album. Before you go slagging 1D off, listen to this. I bet you find at least one song very catchy and likeable. I've chosen 'The Ultimate Edition' because it has mine and my best friend Natalie's favourite song on, I don't know how people who only have the normal version cope. This album is different to the previous three albums, I don't know what it is about it, but it's amazing. So, thank you 1D for creating this and I look forward to hearing it live in October (AHHHH)

Favourite Songs:
1. Change Your Ticket
2. Spaces
3. Once in a Lifetime

3. Radio:ACTIVE - McFly

I have a bit of a soft spot for McFly and when i say 'a bit', I mean a huge soft spot. McFly were the first boyband I was obsessed with. I loved Busted as a kid and I cried so much when they split up I didn't go to school that day but I feel like I was too young to be fully crazed (although that has changed now after seeing McBusted live). This album will always be my top McFly album because it's more my kind of music than any of the other albums I guess, it's a bit more rocky which I love! My favourite McFly song isn't on this album ('The Heart Never Lies') but it's still an amazing compilation of songs.

Favourite Songs:
1. POV
2. Falling In Love
3. Lies

2. Parachutes - Coldplay

Coldplay. I have no words. I bloody love Coldplay. Their music is something I can listen to when I'm sad or happy (which doesn't happen with a lot of artists). This is a lovely album and I always forget how old it is. Definitely deserves it's place at number two. 'Trouble' also describes my life.

Favourite Songs;
1. Trouble
2. We Never Change
3. Yellow

1. A Rush of Blood to the Head - Coldplay
