Hello you lovely lot!

So, on Saturday me and my friend Amy went to my local park (it's like a big park, not a playground) with my family for a Christmas Market! Me and Amy hadn't seen each other since September and we've been so close since we moved to University which is a bit weird considering we live so far away from each other when we're at University.

Annies basically sells the best burgers ever (and I don't even like burgers that much) and they also sell the nicest curly fries! As far as I know there's only one in Nottingham because it's actually run by an american woman called Annie so you know they're proper burgers. Amy had never been before but she seemed to enjoy it! We both managed to finish our meals which is usually a struggle at Annies because it's so filling which I suppose is good because it's not a waste of money!

It was so nice spending the day with Amy because we Skype quite a lot and we text every day. She's really helped me get through my first term at Uni and I've missed her so much. We used to be in the same English group in year 12 and we spoke as and when but not very often, it's only recently that we've become quite close friends! I'm so glad that we have because she is just such a lovely person and I'm very jealous that she's already finish for Christmas whereas I have another two weeks!
