Surprise Time (Blogmas Day Five)
Hello you lovely lot!
So, if you follow any of my social media you will know I am at home this weekend. I planned it a few weeks ago with my friend Lizzie in order to surprise my friend Gemma!
Gemma has been having quite a tough time of it lately and she kept telling me how much she missed me, so I thought what could be better than just turning up at her door? Lizzie planned to meet up with her and I booked my train tickets!
I also surprised my mum! I was meant to surprise Dad too but I knew they were going out on the Saturday and I didn't want them to leave without me because I don't have a house key at the moment. Mum was very happy to see me even though I am coming home next weekend and the weekend after that for Christmas (I can't help myself.)
I got off the train and went straight to Gemma's, I had to text Lizzie when I was outside so she knew it was me knocking at the door! I do have a video of me surprising Gemma but I don't know how to upload that on to here because I'm not a complete computer whiz so I'll put a link to it HERE.
She was so happy to see me and we took so many photos all night, played some Mario Kart and just had a good giggle! It was like I never left which is the sign of a good friendship I think.
I then went home and saw my family. My Mum and Dad had met me at the train station so I didn't film that since they had already seen me. My dog Layla was so excited to see me I don't think I've ever seen her so worked up. She was running about and crying because I wouldn't come close enough for her to jump on me! I miss my dogs so much when I'm away so it's always lovely to come home and see them. Going home has really made me feel like Christmas is coming because I know it's only two weeks until I come home for three weeks which is super exciting.
