Amy's Weekend In Liverpool
Hello You Lovely Lot!
If you've read a few of my other blog posts you might know about my friend Amy. We became friends at college when we were in the same English Literature class. We bonded over our love for High School musical and I think everyone else in the class hated us because we were constantly singing!
Anyway, on the 12th Amy came from Manchester where she had just been to a concert to see me! We met up in the afternoon and got her stuff to my flat then I went to lessons and she looked around Liverpool!
When I was back we met up again and ordered a dominos (which can I say was possibly the nicest dominos I've ever had even if the woman did forget to make one of them stuffed crust...). Once we'd eaten pizza we got ready to go out!
I don't have any photos from the night but I do have a photo of two random men that they made me take..
Pop World closed at 4am so we made our way to McDonalds very slowly and in the process someone threw an egg at us which Amy was not happy about in her drunken state let me tell you. I wanted to wait until breakfast started but Amy was shattered so we both bought some chicken nuggets and went to bed whilst watching Shrek.
Needless to say we woke up the next day feeling a bit groggy but we got ready and left the house to see my friend Sandy! Sandy is someone I met at college and she was looking around a University in Liverpool (which will be so great if she decided to go there!) so me and Amy went to meet her and look around The Beatles Museum on The Albert Dock! I've been here a few times before with my family but it's always interesting and you forget what it's like after a while. We took so many photos, here are a few of them....
and I just had a really lovely time! Me and Amy then went to Wagamamas and had a lovely dinner before finding some really weird music on Spotify and going to bed.
The next day Amy left and I went to see my Grandma and the rest of my family since it was their birthday!
I think I said this when Chloe came but it's so nice having someone you know at your University. It makes you feel much less homesick without actually having to go home and it just made me so happy!
Thanks For Reading!
