Hello You Lovely Lot!

Normally I am itching to write these and even start writing them in the middle of the month however this month has just flown by and I can't believe it's nearly the end. This month has been a bit mixed for me, there's been times where I've felt so happy but also times where I've thought about quitting University and moving back home. However, on a more positive note, lets talk about what I've loved this month, shall we?

Beauty / Skincare :

I bought this last month and if you read my blog you may already know what it is. I only started using it this month though and it has blown everything out of the water...

Nars Sheer Glow Foundation



If you want to read my blog post about it you can find that here because I sing all it's praises there. For now I will just say that so far, this is the best high street foundation I've used and has even surpassed my MAC one *gasp*. It just makes me feel great and I love using it even if I do try and save it for special occasions.

Music :

There's not really been a specific album or artist that I've loved this month so I'm just going to list a few songs that I've completely been obsessed with!

Gravity - Coldplay

I found this by accident, I knew this song because it's on an episode of Gavin and Stacey but it wasn't the Coldplay version! I was going through Spotify to see if there was any Coldplay songs I didn't know and I found this one and I've loved it ever since.

Army - Ellie Goulding

My love for this song really appeared after the video came out. I did quite like it before then but once I saw the video I was fully hooked. Ellie dedicated this song to her best friend and the video is basically a montage of videos of them! Now this song makes me thing of Natalie (how cheesy is that?) and it just makes me super happy.

No Words - The Script

This is probably my favourite song by The Script and I hadn't listened to them in ages and they came on shuffle! I just love this song so much and it will always hold nostalgia for me. The lyrics are what really makes this song for me I think and I like to pretend I know them all but in reality, I don't.

Somebody Else - The 1975

I also found this one by accident on YouTube! I think they played it at their last gig and someone uploaded it and made a little lyric video. It's now on their new album and I have to say I prefer the live version but you know, beggars can't be choosers and all that!

Violet Hill - Coldplay

I always knew this song existed but it was never one of my favourite Coldplay songs, that was until I wrote my 'TOP TWENTY : Coldplay' post which you can read here if you want to! Since then I have been listening to it more and more and this month was a real binge on it!

Geordie Shore




I started watching this because Natalie said it was really good and for a while I was hooked. I haven't watched it in a while because when you watch it episode after episode it gets slightly repetitive I have to say but I think if I was watching it once a week it would be a different story! I just think everyone is absolutely hilarious and it's a really easy thing to watch!

Nars Copacabana Highlighter 



I only really started using highlighter a few months ago and I started with just a Sleek one. As that ran out I just kept looking at this one online and reading reviews of it. I had heard so much hype about it but I just couldn't bring myself to buy it. Eventually I gave in and I'm so glad I did! It is the most beautiful highlighter and I've had loads of compliments since I've started wearing it which is always lovely. I'm not sure I'll ever go back to another highlighter ever again.
